With the Ball State University School of Music facing a challenge recruiting students for the oboe studio, the need for a dynamic solution was apparent. High school and graduate-level students were struggling to find comprehensive information and resources about our studio. To address this, a website serving as an information hub for prospective students was designed. This platform showcases the faculty's expertise and empowers potential oboists to reach out to us for more information, schedule visits, audition, and ultimately commit to their educational journey at Ball State University. With this product, Ball State will transform student engagement with the oboe studio, significantly enhancing our recruitment efforts and creating a more vibrant, connected oboe community.
